Reset Zone at the NI Running Show

Professionally-led Pilates and Yoga sessions for runners during the show.

Discover the Reset Zone at the NI Running Show

Join our dedicated Reset Zone for free classes throughout the show, delivered by expert instructors.  No need to book — simply turn up (in suitable clothing!) reset, and enjoy. Classes will start on-the-hour throughout Saturday and Sunday.

All equipment will be supplied and the sessions will be on a first come, first served basis happening in the Reset Zone in the show.

Neil Healey

For over 17 years Neilpilates founder Neil Healey has been known for his top quality Pilates classes. Neil has specialist Pilates knowledge in areas such as pregnancy, MS and seniors.

Diarmuid Moran

Diarmuid is a passionate instructor of Dru Yoga- a gentle, flowing practice suitable for all levels, supporting body, mind and emotions. He runs specific Yoga classes for Runners and also Back Care.

Catherine McLaughlin

A personal trainer and nutrition coach with over 13 years’ experience, Catherine helps people build strength, lose fat and develop healthier relationships with training and food.

Specialising in strength training, female health and sustainable nutrition, CFIT focuses on long-term results — not extremes or quick fixes.

Imelda McAteer

Having graduated from University of Ulster with BSc (Hons) in Physiotherapy in 2000, Imelda has over 25 years’ experience in the management of musculoskeletal injuries. She became a certified Pilates instructor in 2008 and uses a combination of Pilates exercises together with resistance training to create a balanced approach to rehabilitation.

Imelda will be demonstrating Pilates sessions at the NI Running show on both Saturday and Sunday at 11am and 2pm. Saturday sessions will incorporate traditional Pilates exercises with an emphasis on improving running efficiency. Sunday sessions aim to improve pelvic floor function for both men and women.
