Women’s Running

Tracey discovered running in her 30s after being diagnosed with a brain tumour while on a career break, studying for her degree with three daughters under five. What began as a way to heal became a powerful journey from parkrun to being a Masters athlete, Sub3 marathon runner and European gold medallist. In 2024, Tracey ran London marathon for Reach Charity and continued to raise awareness by completing 12 races in 12 months across 12 countries in 2025. While doing this, saw an opportunity and co-founded NIRaveRun with her daughter, India Sasha. NI Rave Run brings fun to running for all abilities and endeavours to empower women to feel safe to run at night, all while bringing new life to Belfast City.
