Frank Rafferty

Frank Rafferty is a 25 year old runner, who also dabbles in Hyrox, originally from County Fermanagh, living in Dublin and recently competed in a 460km relay with 5 friends to raise money for Movember.

He has also run the Dublin marathon in under 3 hours in his first and only marathon to date, similarly raising money for Movember and men’s mental health. After injury ended Frank’s football career, he found running and hasn’t looked back!
