I’m Colleen, a registered naturopathic nutritional therapist & former teacher specialising in perimenopause & menopause personalised nutrition, education & accountability.

My passion is to empower females with step by step nutrition, lifestyle & supplement education with accountability to support this life transition.

My evidenced based Naturopathic Nutrition plans, support ladies as they manage symptoms, lose weight, and gain confidence.

My own personal experience of perimenopause has uncovered my passion to reframe this milestone transition for females.

I work with professional females over 40 who feel stuck with perimenopause symptoms, can’t lose weight and are ready to invest in themselves!

Females come to me because they feel frustrated with weight gain, confused by nutrition noise and disappointed that other people seem to look & feel how they want to! Many are exercising but are unsure of how to support their efforts with beneficial nutrition. They want to understand how to enjoy nutrition in a way that supports their recovery and hormones for healthy aging and longevity.

With my 90 day MenoRevive method and 1-1 clinic consultations I empower these females to feel confident in their nutrition, supported during perimenopause, and motivated as they enjoy life energised and full of vitality.

My MenoRevive programme is for females over 40 who are no longer willing to accept that "this is how life is"! It's for females who are ready to invest in themselves and are committed to taking proactive steps to improve their health.

Together, we address three fundamental pillars of health: reducing inflammation, balancing blood glucose, and improving gut health.
